The first time I called, they repaired my heating system. It wasn't heating and it was during a cold spell. They did a fantastic job and I had heat quickly. Doesn't this always happen?! The Day before memorial Day which was May 30th 2022, our air conditioning started to go on the fritz. Of course the air conditioning place we used to give us a new unit a couple years ago was not open for memorial Day. But you all were! Sean answered the phone that morning and was very professional, kind, courteous, and gave me detailed information about the time he would be by and how many stops he had before. Sean actually made it out earlier than expected but gave us a call when he was on his way. And in Florida the earlier the better when your air is out! Sean knew right away what the problem was. It didn't take him more than 30 seconds to figure it out. He gave us a temporary fix so we can get through the day and the next day he was out bright and early to bring us the new part and install it. This all took less than a minute.
