I had my entire AC system replaced including all the ductwork. The two gentleman that performed the service were polite, knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to getting it right. Polk A/C and heating is a perfect example of how a business should be run. Called late on a Friday and said they’d be here on Monday between 8-11 am. Got a call from Mike at 7:30 and said he was on his way. He was promptly here by 8. He intently listened to my issues and began his work to address and fix the issues. Honestly I thought he was just here to evaluate and estimate so I was pleasantly surprised that he attacked the issues and within 2 hrs he was done. This is a company I wholeheartedly trust and signed on for an annual service check. Also kudos to the lady who took my info on Friday and scheduled us in so quickly. Service: HVAC duct & vent repair

My AC wasn’t working properly. The fan just wasn’t moving any air. Called and on a Sunday they had Robert E come out within a few hours. It was a simple fix and Robert took good care of us.
