Kent and Chris S. diagnosed and solved a problem created by a previous plumber. They listened thoughtfully to our concerns and thoroughly addressed all our issues. They took the time to show us the how the problem was caused by an inferior/defective cartridge that was installed by the last plumber. When the work was done they cleaned up the area and made sure we were completely happy with the results of the fix. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely use True Plumbers again.

They were on time and completed the work efficiently. They kept me informed about what they were doing and why. They brought their own vacuum/supplies to clean up where needed. When i needed a repipe Courtney was really great on scheduling the quote, install and the inspection. Kent,Adrian and David were the crew who came. They were on time very polite, explained exactly how they were doing the job. And did it even quicker then expected. I will always use True Builders for all plumbing work in my house.
