We are very happy with the service received from United Refrigeration. Our latest technician was Jeremy and he was great. Prompt & polite, answered all of my questions and gave me honest feedback. I have two units under the maintenance program. Technicians were timely and very thorough. Had been having some problems for a couple of days and the technicians discovered my handler was clogged. Corrected the problem immediately. Also had a third unit not under contract that had stopped working completely. Technician was able to make the time to look at it. He found a bad capacitor and fixed it on the spot. Great experience and customer service!

My family has used this company for many years. They have always been good to us. The 6 month check of my system was as usual very professional and Cory and John let me know what was needed to keep my air conditioner in good shape. Always the best.
