It always seems when our A/C starts acting up it is afterhours. Thankful United Refrigeration has been able to respond in a timely and efficient manner each time, this Sunday evening was no exception. From the time I left a message with the after hours operator to Cameron calling me back it was less than 5 minutes. He was upfront about his timing in that we live at the edge of their service district and would take him a bit to get to Davenport, was there as soon as he could and had the unit cooling within a few minutes. He then took the time to explain the issue with the capacitor to rather than just saying here is your bill. From previous service work with other companies, I greatly appreciate that. I have two units under the maintenance program. Technicians were timely and very thorough. Had been having some problems for a couple of days and the technicians discovered my handler was clogged. Corrected the problem immediately. Also had a third unit not under contract that had stopped working completely. Technician was able to make the time to look at it. He found a bad capacitor and fixed it on the spot. Great experience and customer service!
