We are very happy with the service received from United Refrigeration. Our latest technician was Jeremy and he was great. Prompt & polite, answered all of my questions and gave me honest feedback. I called after hours and got the answering service, a tech called me back in less than five minutes, 15 minutes later he was at my house!!! The tech "Cameron" trouble shoot my AC Unit had it blowing cold air in an hour after arriving.... Cameron was very good at his job and represented his colleagues and United Refrigeration with complete respect. United installed my unit, follow up on routine maintenance is great. They provide filters for monthly changeouts, washed coils, made sure unit is running smooth.
