I had my ac installed a year ago. I have called numerous times Allstate cooling regarding my permit. I received a letter from the city, stating that the permit had expired 6 months ago. Each time I reach out to Allstate Cooling they tell me that they’re going take care of it, and someone will get back in touch with me and nothing has happened. I am very disappointed that I have to constantly call to see when we are finally going to get the inspection done. I need to turn a copy over to my condo and I can’t sell my place until i have paperwork . This is so frustrating. I am sooo unhappy with them Services: HVAC system maintenance, Cleaning

Allstate Cooling is the best! They installed a new unit in our apartment and on the roof. It was a big job that was time intensive, but Diego was always on time, professional and very thorough and helpful. We had an issue with a new thermostat we installed at a later date, using a different company. When I couldn’t get the technician who installed it to return to and confirm the issue was actually the thermostat and not the a/c, AllState came to the rescue! Came out the same day and did not overcharge. Just replaced one part and told me there was no need to replace my unit yet even though it is getting pretty old. He fixed the heat in a few minutes. Another professional had told me it was irreparable and tried to sell me a whole new system. Younger man with young children local to North Miami area. I will be recommending to everyone and using him in the future anytime I have issues. Service: Heating system repair
