Just terrible, this roof will not last. On the quote they said they would install the nails required to pass a home inspection. TO CODE as the quote says. Well, it did not pass inspection. They did not watch their crew to make sure they were using the correct nails. They made excuses for why my inspector could not find one correct nail. The city of Lake Wales inspector does not even have a ladder. City just signs off on whatever roof looks new so don't trust them to fail a roof that is not done correctly. Service: Roof installation

After having a horrible experience with another company. Signature Riofing and Construction came provided us with quality Service. Not only did they complete our roof but they did it in record Timing despite the rain that came through mid-day. The worker were amazing and very pleasant to have working on our home. Do not use this company. There are so many more reliable and ethical companies than this one. Those of you that gave them 4 or 5 stars, just wait awhile. They did my roof 5 years ago. My roof is missing shingles from where they did not staple the shingles properly. I first called them and they told me because we have had a known hurricane within this 5 year period, there was no longer a warranty. Even though I had no damage from the hurricane. This is their way of getting out of honoring any type of warranty you may have received up front. Don’t fall for it. Nevertheless, I had them to come out to give me an estimate on how much it would be to replace the shingles. The owner, John came out and said he would stand by his work and he would replace the shingles for free. He said he would have someone call me and set up a time to do the replacement. I called his office every week for 2 months. He literally ghosted me and his secretary played a part in his lie. Again, do not use t
