Jesse, was absolutely amazing! He was very professional and detailed in all he did. He came out to turn the temperature up on my water heater and he discovered 2 issues with my water heater. He showed me and explained in detail the functions of everything. He worked hard to ensure the issue was taken care of. He educated me on the whys and why not. He did an amazing job
