Company installed a new unit December 2019 and had issues with payment not going through on his side (even though we had confirmation it was sent). He was paid. Now our property manager calls them for service and they want either us or the property manager on spot with full payment up front. There is no warranty on labor which I am told is not normal. Would never recommend or use them again. Service: A/C system maintenance

Very efficient, easy to work with and honest. Took care and pride in the work and made it less painful. Mr. Bache made me feel like a person and not just a customer.
