I recently had an outstanding experience with the Village Plumber when I needed to repair a large puddle and leak in my front lawn over the water meter. I explained the issue to them over the phone, and they assured me that they would come out to take a look and provide an estimate. The following day, they called me back to schedule a visit, which they confirmed would be in four days. To my pleasant surprise, they arrived even earlier than expected and wasted no time in getting to work. They assessed the situation and promptly provided me with an estimate for the repair. Impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, I accepted the estimate. The Village Plumber began the repair immediately, digging up my front lawn to locate and fix the leak. Much to my relief, they discovered that the issue stemmed from the connection coming out of the outlet of the water meter. Sean from the Village Plumber is very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He has replaced 3 faucets for us and reset our rocking toilet done by another plumber. The jobs were done correctly. The charges were reasonable for work done and the work was done neatly, cleanly and timely. It is hard to find reputable companies in The Villages. The best way is through word of mouth.
