I explained the issue to them over the phone, and they assured me that they would come out to take a look and provide an estimate. The following day, they called me back to schedule a visit, which they confirmed would be in four days. To my pleasant surprise, they arrived even earlier than expected and wasted no time in getting to work. They assessed the situation and promptly provided me with an estimate for the repair.
