Good. Efficient. He recommended replacing the downstairs ac unit but cost is a big concern to us. Tech understands and I requested company provide more details on your recommended make model and SEER rating for a replacement unit. Tech said he could followup with me on Saturday. The service technician was great. Very professional. Came out and diagnosed the problem within 24 hours. He requested the part needed to repair my air handler motor and came back out to install it. It didn’t take him long to install the motor. After he was finished with the repair/installation, he showed me that everything was working properly. He showed me that the motor was working and then showed me that the temperature in the vents was cold and working properly. Very professional. Services: A/C system repair, Install AC
