Ace Handyman Services Southwest Florida

Called Ace Handyman and explained that one of our soft close drawers in the kitchen had broken. I made the call at around 9:30am. Spoke with Lindsey who explained services, fees, year-long service guarantee as well as letting me know who would be coming out today at 2pm. She was well versed and professional. Our service person arrived on time. Carlos went right to work. The cabinets are custom and a plastic brace had snapped. He was able to create a work around double reinforced the plastic which had only been attached by two plastic clips. Worked like a charm and everything came together. Very sturdy!! We had a two hour fee quoted originally but Carlos was able to complete the work in one hour. He cleaned up as he went along making sure there was no trace that anything had even happened. We were so impressed by his "thinking outside the box" and his friendly professional manner. The repairmen that came were very friendly and personable. They installed 2 toilets. We noticed a problem with one of them later in the day and they came back the next morning to correct the problem. My only negative comment would be that they tracked dirt and water on my carpeted stairs. Maybe they should wear shoe covers. We would definitely use them again! Service: Plumbing fixture installation
