Mike was the best. He actually asked me if I was "handy enough to attempt the fix myself". He sent me to the hardware store where I purchased $11 worth of tools, to save myself $300. After a call back and five more minutes on the phone with him, I got to the root of the problem, and it turned out it wasn't even my problem, it was the County's problem. Mike walked me through every step of the process over the phone and now I'm that much more educated for next time. Professionals like Mike don't come around very often. He was honest and super knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to know that there are still honest, hard working folks out there that would rather have you "up and running" than fleece you for a couple hundred bucks.
