Haines Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

I am having them install my very much needed new air conditioning system. Linda Hughes was extremely helpful in understanding my needs and wants and did so with such professionalism that I'm excited to refer her to anyone looking for any AC proposal or repairs as she will work hard to get you the best service at a very reasonable cost!

I used this company to service two of our commercial appliances. One unit was left in working condition, but our freezer was not. The unit was not cooling, technician added refrigerant, he was not able to stay to see if proper temperature was reached due to his next service call. Before adding refrigerant we asked if it was worth it since he was recommending a leak detection, but he advised that it would be ok. The next morning, the freezer was at 95 degrees, extremely hot. We were charged $412.00 and the leak detection would be an additional $179 to $230 extra. When I called the company to see if we would be credited for part of the original invoice they declined stating that there was no reason to issue an credits. I believe the correct thing should have been to do the leak detection before adding any refrigerant since now it has all gone to waste. Needless to say, I will not use this company again.
