Gustafson was very pofessional company from start to finish. Ricky, the estimator provided us with a reasonable price in comparison to the other 3 estimates we received. He responded promptly when I had a question about the estimate. During the repair I had a question and he not only responded quickly, but sent someone out within a reasonable timeframe. The gentlemen who actually did the repair, Alfredo, was such a huge help as well. He explained every step on the first day and throughout the repair. We had our home on the market to be sold but it needed a new roof. Gustafson installed it and it looked amazing. Even though the material was delayed; they continued to provide top notch service. When the home sold they transferred the warranty to the new owners. Through the closing process, we discovered that this is the second roof they have installed on this home. In the course of getting our house painted, the painters noticed splotches in the paint and other signs of damage to the roof. Gustafson Roofing had someone out within the day to assess and repair the damages done.
