We were having a routine check up on our unit when he found 2 things wrong, explained what it was and the cost. Had it fixed in a couple of hours. Always very polite and clean. I had another great experience with American Air & Heat. Rafael came out to do a repair, which took several hours. He was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do. I barely knew he was there after that. By the end of the afternoon, my house was cool and comfortable. He cleaned up everything and left no evidence he was ever there! Except for the fact that my AC was fixed. Thanks Rafael.
