Service Tech was diligent; pleasant, but Spanish accent made it hard to understand 50% of his speech. No reason to think he was incompetent. He i.d.'d a bad capacitor in the outside A/C unit. No means of checking his assessment. The office was able to schedule service in 2 Business days. Service tech felt it would b OK for that time. Replacement part is over $200., ???? This is why we buy preventive maintenance contracts. Service: A/C preventive maintenance
