Josh and Rafael were very efficient and worked hard,completed the job in very good time. I appreciate their professionalism. My only complaint was the cost of replacing a hot water heater, I know it was a weekend and would have to pay a premium, but I still thought it was way to high. I called in a panic having nasty water coming up from the drains in my showers. The day before, I had another plumbing company come out. They spent 5 hours and couldn't fix the clog. Rafal showed up a half hour after my call. Wow! He showed great confidence that he could take care of the problem, gave me a fair quote, and got right to work. He worked like he was on a mission, full speed ahead. Within an hour he had solved the drain clog, and was picking up his tools. I am very thankful for Rafal's efficiancy, and determination.
