Shermond was my tech today. We had trouble finding a bulb, and he went above and beyond to find my pendant light, find that there was still under warranty, and was very gracious and kind to help me streamlining connect all of these dots. I believe the service at Luminous is absolutely five star. You won’t be disappointed!
I had contacted Luminous Electric after reaching out to another electrical company. When I called Luminous, I asked to get a quote for a 200 amp disconnect installed. They were able to get to my house in less than 24 hours. There was no trip charge for the estimate. Jake was dispatched out on a Wednesday, wrote up the scope of work, coordinated the FPL shutdown, and got the permit pulled with Manatee county. By 5pm on Friday, everything including the final inspection, was complete. Their office is very professional and has great communication. I can’t say enough great things about the Luminous team.
