Mr. AC Cooling & Heating Service and Installation

I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a service on my unit. Jessica was amazing to answer my call after hours and walk me through everything. I only had a short window before my closing and she ensured it would be no problem that they could squeeze me in. The technician, Frank D, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the two hours at my unit. He talked me through everything he was doing, why he did it, and gave upkeep comments to me to follow. Such an amazing guy to work with. I 11/10 recommend using Mr. AC!

Mr. AC, owned by Andy and Renni Naylor, the office manager Jessica, and installation professionals Dave Loyd and Jordan U did a great job. Everyone was kind courteous professional, took the time to answer any questions or concerns, and I explained several things I had questions about. They had a whole new system up and running less than 18 hours from my call. The customer interaction and true care for what their job is, PLUS a trustworthy company who only hire trustworthy people was the main reasons we hired Mr. AC. We were given a few options to select for a new system & plans were devised to make it the most affordable with the payment and plan that worked For my husband and I. Two of the things that were important to me were value for the price, service provided by workers who actually care Both Dave Loyd and Jordan U exceeded out expectations. Mr AC is most definitely the Company to call! I was in the midst of purchasing a home when I first called to set up a time to have my air ducts cleaned, sanitized, my dryer vent cleaned and all of my Vents replaced. My closing got delayed by a few days and I had to call and reschedule. They were Gracious and accommodating. They sent Robert to do the job and he was knowledgeable, professional and down right nice! I should also mention on time! He started the job in the morning and I had to go to work so he locked everything up for me, called and I was able to pay over the phone and when I arrived home later that evening I was greeted with a great smelling home and beautifully clean air vents! I am so pleased with Robert and Mr AC I will be using them in the future for any of my air conditioning unit needs!
