Mr. AC Cooling & Heating Service and Installation

I called on a Friday Morning at 745am, the receptionist answered right away and got me a technician within 45 minutes to my house. The technician Charles texted me to verify the appointment and address. Arrived on time very respectful and diagnosed the problem right away. AC was fixed and up and running in such a timely manner. Thank you that my friend referred me to this company. I will use them in the future if need be! Great service from the initial call to the technician. The technician was very clean and punctual. Got a new unit 2 years ago and have already had to replace the evaporator coil, coolant (twice), AC motor and fan, and liquid line filter. Service: Install AC

I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a service on my unit. Jessica was amazing to answer my call after hours and walk me through everything. I only had a short window before my closing and she ensured it would be no problem that they could squeeze me in. The technician, Frank D, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during the two hours at my unit. He talked me through everything he was doing, why he did it, and gave upkeep comments to me to follow. Such an amazing guy to work with. I 11/10 recommend using Mr. AC!
