Matt was professional. He offered excellent customer work and was essential and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and said that education was part of his job. He was thorough. He remained at my building to ensure things were working properly. He suggested some additional work that may need to be done down the road, but was not pushy or trying to make a sale. Just simply informing me of options. I would feel comfortable working with Matt again for this reason. Thank you, Matt.
They rapidly arrived and as I directed they replaced the water heater which needed replacing. That did not solve my leak trouble which turns out to be probably in the foundation. My installers, Giovanni and Michael were courteous, and sensitive to my aesthetic concerns in regards to the placement of my mini split elements. They were nice to have on my project and in my house, friendly and the work is done. Phil and Pepe did a great job on the electrical and I'm happy to have an additional outdoor outlet to use.
