Our furnace died and we required a new installation. Dong and Tucker were professional and knowledgable. Dong explained step by step what he would be doing and executed it all. They took care to cover our floors to protect When installation was completed he walked us through on the new system, showed us all of the gadgets and did not leave until all of our questions were answered. We had a toilet urgently in need of fix and these guys got to us within the day. Our plumber explained what the dilemma was, fixed it, and gave us advice on how to prevent further leaks. My installers, Giovanni and Michael were courteous, and sensitive to my aesthetic concerns in regards to the placement of my mini split elements. They were nice to have on my project and in my house, friendly and the work is done. Phil and Pepe did a great job on the electrical and I'm happy to have an additional outdoor outlet to use.
