Yesterday one of Charlie plumber's shut off water to multiple units in our plaza to work on a leak in only one unit. But he couldn't figure out which shutoff valve to use. And he failed to check with any other businesses around. Our Groomers had to wash soaps off of 2 dogs using bottled water. Because these guys are not professional and don't know what they are doing! Once I realized their plumber was in the plaza. He refused to come out speak to me or turn the water he shut off improperly back on. I had to call the office and complain. They caused stress on our clients my staff and cost us money. Because inexperienced and untrained staff. I highly recommend you use a plumbing service that is professional and not some fly-by-night company that will cost you money.

I waited two weeks for an appointment. The day the appointment came I called in the morning to see what time frame the tech would be out. They don’t give you a time frame but did confirm the tech had us on his schedule for the day. I waited at home ALL day. My husband finally called again late in the afternoon and he was told the ticket for our job was misplaced and they wouldn’t be coming. I called in the morning thinking they would make it right and send someone first thing or at least that day. They said the tech called twice. Different story than we got when my husband called. Then she changed the story again and said she also called. I asked if anyone left a voicemail and confirm that my number was correct. She said she was unable to leave a vm and didn’t know if the tech did or not. I never received ANY calls or messages while sitting at home with my volume up and phone with me all day. First time reaching out to this company. Receptionist. wanted to get information. She told me a Technician. would call with in 24 hours. Not a call back!!
