Called last week for estimate and repair and was told they'd be out Monday or Tuesday. They showed up Friday but couldn't do anything because of rain and said they'd come back on Monday. They never showed up on either day or called to reschedule.

Being a property manager, I'm very familiar with JK Johns Roofing and Sheet Metal. I have used them on many roofing projects. When it came time to re-roof my own home, they were my roofer of choice. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their workmanship, clean up could not have been better. Joe, Josh, and Anthony were always a pleasure to work with. An honest roofer? Yes. Jeff K. Johns came out to my house to look over a small leak over my garage and to give me an estimate. After a look both inside my attic as well as hoisting himself up on our roof, he showed me some small areas of hail damage. "I can do this for you", he said, "or if you prefer, let me show you how you can repair this yourself and save yourself some money." Amazing. I'm headed to Lowe's to purchase two tubes of black roofing goo and make the patch this Saturday morning. I'm delighted to give these guys a five star review. It was obvious that Jeff knew his stuff, but that he was looking for the long term. "Keep us in mind for later" he asked. I will, for sure.
