Kold Pro Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

We returned from vacation and found the house at 90 degrees. I called and spoke with Rosa. She had a quote to me in less than a half hour. I texted it to my wife and we decided to go with it. I clicked the accept button on the quote and received a response by text and email. In about an hour and a half a service tech (Jake) rang the door bell and brought in a portable air conditioner for us to use until the replacement came in. He did an inspection and said it will be installed on Tuesday, Four days out. I am really impressed with the professionalism and quality of the customer service. I would recommend Kold Pro to anyone for any air conditioning needs

Rosa and Jake and jonathon are the best ! Jake installed a unit for us last year and when I called three guys out he was the only one who actually tried for 2 hrs to fix it before quoting us for replacement .
