Laser Air Conditioning

We called Laser this morning 9/2/22 at 7:50am spoke to Melanie, she was friendly, spoke clearly and asked me what was my issue. She gave me a 2 hour window 9-11 AM. Frank the tech called us before 9 stating he was on the way. Frank arrived by 9, was extremely friendly was very knowledgeable introduced himself to my wife spoke highly of Laser repair as well as the owner, Diagnosed our issue had the replacement part on the truck, by 9:30 we were paying by credit card which is very convenient shook Franks hand then went into our nice cool house, Thanks Frank!!! & Laser Air-conditioning.. Today when i got home from work at 530pm my home was 82°. I called Laser and spoke to a nice woman she said she would have Vince (service tech) call me . He called right away. Knowing they closed at 6pm i was worried that they couldn't come out today but Vince said he would be here in 30 mins. He showed up and went over what was wrong and fixed the problem. He has been my service tech for years. They have never made me wait for service. Thank you for always coming to the rescue and being such an awesome company! Vince is a great asset to your company!!! Once again Laser AC provided top notch performance starting with the office staff to the installation crew and the startup Tech. This time it was a total central AC replacement after my 31 year old system finally gave up. They arrived on time and the team was very friendly and professional and had everything that was needed to complete the job. The job took a long full day and at no time did I feel they were rushing the installation. The final job looks fantastic and very professionally done. The team’s attitudes and attention to detail just confirmed my feelings that I had made the correct decision again in using Laser. I now have a beautiful new Bosch 18 SEER inverter system that is super efficient and super quiet. Thank you to Dave and his entire team.
