Laser Air Conditioning

I have a universal air conditioning license. So it’s hard to snow the snowman! Very honest, great employees, and very fair pricing but I like the most is that they didn’t lie to me or try to sell me something that I didn’t need very honest company, I highly recommend them!

I am not sure why but the service tech who came out for the service call was not nice. We paid the $85 for the service call for him to diagnose the problem. He told my husband that the AC needed a capacitor. My husband is a very handy man, so he knew about how much that part should cost. He told my husband it would be $135 (plus the $85 for the service call) for a part that cost less than $30, and that you just plug in. My husband commented that, that seemed a little high. He then asked him if he would check the freon. The service tech said that even if it was low he wouldn't put any in. My husband asked him why, and the service tech said because he wouldn't put it an old leaky system. Now, at this point he hadn't done anything but check the capacitor. My husband asked him why he wouldn't put any freon in if we were willing to pay for it and the service tech said, no he wouldn't put any in. He made a comment that we wanted him to do all the hard work diagnosing the problem just for us

Wow. What a great experience I had with Laser after dealing with another company who were a nightmare. The people at Laser are so helpful. The installers were great as well. They went above and beyond to get the job done all in one day. Totally awesome. Service: Installation
