Jim was very amazing. He came out after hours for us instead of the next day but sent guys back to check on us the next day .My family want to say thankyou so much ...and we're still sorry the ants got on you..but you kept on working thankyou so much and the ac is still great
Air Pros succeeded where other local companies failed me. Several other companies completely misdiagnosed my A/C problem over the past 2 months. After spending crazy money for labor on unnecessary parts replacements with no results and still suffering without a fixed unit, Air Pros comes to rescue!!! Thank you Air Pros my kids and I will be cool tonight thanks to your professionalism and expertise! I will never use another A/C company. Air Pros hands down the best around! This business stole thousands of dollars from our elderly neighbor. They "tried" to install a mini split system with 4 heads at her residence. Showing up at 4:00 in the afternoon and working with head lamps until 9:00 at night. After weeks of them "trying" to install this unit they finally left and told her she was good to go. After a week or so, the unit does not cool at all! They won't answer their phone and no one is at their property location as well. It is believed they have closed up shop. She is out thousands and now has to pay another company to come and fix all the leaks in the system so that it can be recharged. I have never seen such terrible work. Everyone that has come to look at it is amazed how bad their workmanship is. I feel so bad for our neighbor. It's just not right!
