If you need a good honest, reliable air conditioning/heating company. Fisher's Heat & Air is the company to call! We moved here in 2019 and have used another company because their sticker was on the air handler. We called them in January when the heat was not working. Someone came out, added freon (even though this was a newer unit they installed). Then in March the A.C was not cooling. The old company came out and said it needed freon again. He actually looked into the attic and found the leak in the coil. He was not very pleasant, told me right off because the air handler was in the attic the repair would be "pretty high". I spoke to their office numerous times wanting to know why we were charged twice for the same problem. Finally, after 10 days, we were told they would deduct the first charge from the repair estimate. I checked with my neighbors and they recommended Fisher's Heat & Air. Fisher Heat and Air was recommended to us for our thermostat issue. Our explanation of the problem was recognized by them immediately. The response time was about 1-1/2 hours, not days or weeks. The technician was polite and efficient. The problem was fixed and he gave us a clear explanation of what had happened. The bill was a happy surprise as it was less than expected. So Craig (the owner) was my final estimate for replacing my A/C unit. The first 2 contractors looked and sent quotes. Craig came, gave a quote, and recommended I WAIT! The unit is still running but I had been told by others that it was on it's last leg. Craig, on the other hand, told me I might get another 5-10 years out of it. WoooHoooo!!! No need to get estimates next time, Fisher's earned my loyalty 100%
