Lazaro did such an amazing job helping us restore power to our house! We lost power to several areas in our house. We thought it would be a relatively simple solution…It wasn’t Lazaro went step by step to figure out exactly What and Where the problem was! He is kind, courteous, and honest! I also want to give a compliment to the staff that answer the phone calls at the office!! They do EVERYTHING they can to get a technician out to your house sooner, rather than later! From my first call to inquire about a new Hot Water Heater, all contact and communication has been excellent! Gene did a very thorough installation, even looked into something he was not sure was working. Thank you everyone for a top notch experience!!!
Electrical outlets wiring. Lazaro was friendly, very easy to talk to, responsive, took time to explain carefully, and was professional in resolving our problems. We were very pleased with the work he did and he will come back to finish the job. A+
