I'm driving along 41 in fort myers and the driver of the truck with this business flips me off and cuts everyone else off in front of gum because they made the wrong turn. I wouldn't have made a review but this almost caused a wreck. What a terrible business
The owner Kevin was so incredibly nice. He explained everything to us. We’re on vacation in Captiva and it’s very hot in our AC went out. He showed up at 7:30 at night and still had two other jobs to do. Very professional. Highly recommend him and his work ethics! Service: HVAC system maintenance
My AC broke around 9pm on a Friday night. I called a ton of companies and Kevin at Captain Cold was the only one who said he could do the repair the same night and he was here within 30 minutes. It was a blown capacitor and he fixed it just as quickly as he arrived. Incredible turn around time and very knowledgeable, he will be my go to for AC service and repair from now on!
