My contact with MTS was through Gary Johnson. Gary was recommended to me by a friend who spoke very highly of him. I was pleased from the start. Gary was prompt with responding to calls and texts throughout the process. I started late in getting my roof repair set up and was told it would be mid-January 2023 before they could get to my roof. Timing was exactly that. The crews from MTS were on time as specified by the supervisor and work was promptly completed. I am extremely pleased with the result, as well as the process. After completion, I noticed an area of concern on the roof. I contacted Gary and his response was immediate. The problem was resolved within days. I contacted MTS Construction the day after the hurricane Ian happened to check on my roof and they were here the day after. Roof repair was done and now after my insurance responded I’m getting my roof installed. The price was reasonable and great quality materials. They came and worked on it in a very professional way. MTS did an amazing job on my 2 properties. From showing up just days after Hurricane Ian to get my roofs protected from any more damage to installing new roofs just a few months later. They were amazing to work with. They even went the extra mile to get the city to close out my permits so I could get a reduction in my homeowners insurance. It was really important to me that I hired a local company and not just some fly by the night company who just shows up after the storm.
