In December 2022 I signed a contract and paid over $6000 down payment for replacement of an asphalt shingle roof. Over the past three months I have been given numerous dates when they were going show up. But nothing, nobody shows. It has now been over six months and yet another day where they just do not show up to start working on my roof. They do not call to explain why they didn’t show up or to reschedule to another day. I always have to contact them. This has been the absolute worst and most unreliable company I have ever worked with!!! UPDATE So I finally get an actual call from them. Now a new person in going to handle my account… their new GM. Only now I need to resend all the documents because they can’t find the originals. Absolutely incredible!!!!! Once I get that taken care of I’m told he is going to expedite my project. What a joke. He gives me the day they are going to show up and guess what. Nobody showed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Highly unprofessional company and that is putting it lightly. Lost our entire home to hurricane Ian. Paul (who is no longer with the company due to taking multiple deposits and not completing the work according to the staff) never pulled permits to redo our roof after the deposit was paid. We have been trying to get the deposit back since March with the company beating around the bush not returning calls or our deposit. Finally, first week of June after making the owner aware that criminal charges will be filed the owner contacted us to let us know that a check would be available for pick up. Yay! finally got the deposit back.. or so we thought. The check was deposited into the bank only for the bank to call and inform us that MTS had cancelled the check. Do not use this company! Just RUN!
