Called at 1 pm had to pay after hours charge for a 4:20 arrival time that they were finished with at 5. Owner was upset he was the on-call person and had to go into the attic. I understand. It's super hot. But when 2 weeks later you have to call them back because he was clearly upset that he had to go into attic in the heat and did not find all the issues and had to come back again to fix the whole issue. At least the drywall hadn't been repaired yet. He was a little less angry this time because he worked from the the ground floor up and I let him rip open the ruined drywall.
