Hurricane Ian left us with a damaged roof. We contacted Roman Roofing within days of the storm and they put us in touch with one of their employees, Marcus. He and Gregg became our contacts throughout the process of estimating the job, scheduling the work, and replacing our roof. These two men kept us aware of every step along the way and completed the job in a timely fashion. The work crews they sent were efficient and respectful of our property, and took the time to answer our on-site questions. We especially appreciate the way Roman Roofing took care of the one problem that did show up. Even though that problem involved another contractor, Roman Roofing took control of the situation and negotiated with the other firm so we as the homeowners didn’t have to get involved, and covered the added expense themselves. Mike Glover was very helpful through this whole process. He responded quickly to any questions. He also kept me updated when things were going to happen and what my next steps should be. Gus and his crew did a great job. They left a very clean worksite, and went above and beyond to make sure my roof was better than before. After we spent 10 months battling the insurance company, we were finally able to have Roman Roofing, who had been waiting patiently, to come to our home and replace our roof that was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Their crews were quick, polite and professional and completed the tear down and dry in in one day. They returned 10 days later and put our new roof on. It looks great! Roman responded to all our questions and worked with us throughout this entire process. Three weeks after completing the roof, Hurricane Idalia hit. We had one minor problem from the wind and Roman came out immediately and fixed it. They also provided us with a wind mitigation inspection that we will send to our insurance company along with the new roof paperwork in hopes of a reduction in our payments.
