Savior Plumbing

I had what I considered an emergency with a break at my meter. They were at my house in under an hour. They were completely professional from my first contact on the phone to my last contact with the technician when the job was done. I have used Savior before and they have always gone above and beyond what I expected.

This Service arranged to come to my home for a repair but never showed up and did not call to discuss. Wasting an afternoon just waiting to hear from them. They did not call until the next day. I understand things can change but a phone call takes 1 minute to communicate with a Customer. Poor Customer Focus.

Quick to give a quote but that’s about it. Only found out about the leak they caused because the water also flooded the downstairs condo. They had a disaster team come and clean up the flood but the carpets are destroyed. Have been leaving messages for over a week on how this will be rectified. They had no problem sending a bill. Would never use again.
