I've used Ultimate Homes on a couple different jobs and even at my own home. Brett and Danny have been very responsive, on time (even early), and very respectful and professional to all of my customers. They've even come in under budget a time or 2. Never over. That's impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

We have had two service calls in the last four days, still no cool air. We found Ultimate and received same day service, no waiting for service or parts. Ultimate correctly diagnosed and corrected the cooling issue immediately. Pricing was reasonable. Nate the technician was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient and didn’t leave a mess. Had a new a/c installed after having an old reliable one for 18 years. the installers were extremely professional and did the job quickly, but within a week when I had family down from another state it stopped working. They came out and told me that the coils had froze on it and they allowed them to defrost and then it worked. Within a month it stopped working again. I was told that my returns were not sufficient enough for my size house and was then forced to add another return. Why was I quoted this size a/c if the parameters of my home didn't allow for it? Also, if they knew this was going to be a problem why wasn't I told that upfront. So after having that repair done, about 4 months later it stopped working again. Now I am told that its my fault because i need to pay for a service contract and have them come out for service every 6 months. They refused to come out and look at it unless I signed the service contract. Sorry but at that point I was done. After having been d
