I called desperate with a sick hubby at home and the thermostat at 86. Kyle was sent over immediately and took care of us. AC fixed and hubby happy. It doesn't get better than that. Richard came today for my semi annual maintenance and as always the service was excellent! He checked everything out everything is working perfect he changed my filter very informative very thorough.
