These people are true professionals and a joy to do business with. Called them up and they showed up fast. Like in less than 15 minutes fast. Miguel the owner arrived in uniform with an assistant. My toilet started to leak a bit from the base. I discovered this on Friday night and, living in a high rise, this type of thing is a priority fix. I called a plumber but he was unable to assist. He gave me Miguel’s number. Luckily, Miguel was able to help and showed up promptly the next morning. He was very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. He was able to investigate the issue and find the problem rather quick. My installer did a poor job with the flange and did not use the correct part. Miguel saw this and swapped for a new flange that was made for my type of pipes and floor. He also identified another problem that needed to be addressed before it became something bigger. Overall, I would highly recommend him and his helper because of their customer service, knowledge, and thoroughness. They also cleaned the area, however I still needed to give it an extra hand.
