Air flow designs is the only company I would use for my hvac needs. I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Herold was courteous and professional when he came to fix our ac. He was quick to respond to our request (especially being a Friday night), and went beyond what was asked of the job, as he made sure the system was clean and functioning properly. I hired airflo to clean my vents. Upon which the guy hooked up to a random vent after saying he needed to be connected to the main one. Which the one in the smallest room of the house definitely wasn’t the main duct. He did NOT clean my dryer when he was paid to do that as well. My ducts are still DISGUSTING!!!! I literally hired this company to come stand in my house for 15 minutes. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! Biggest waste of my time and money. The ducts did not change in quality whatsoever. I attempted to contact their customer support 3 times now, and they still haven’t called/emailed me after attempting to send them pictures of the horrid state of my air ducts. He also was trying to force me to buy another service when he didn’t even do the one I hired him to do. Total scam company. Service: A/C system maintenance

We have been with Air Flow Designs for over 20 years! We had our annual maintenance last week and the tech, Miko, was on time, professional and thorough as usual. He took care of our main unit and two mini splits that we have in our garage and outdoor unit. Thanks again for such great service!! C.
