We, as well as many others, put this roof in our manufactured home community of over 300 homes. We put this over shingles just last spring convinced to buy because of their lifetime warranty and knowing we would not have to roof our home again. After the hurricane left, these membrane roofs were laying all over the park. There were more blown off the homes than remaining on them. There was water damage to the homes they were removed from including collapsed ceilings. Those who had shingles lost a few shingles, but their roofs weren’t greatly damaged. Another roofer in the park pointed out that if these membrane roofs had been glued down, they may have stayed on when the high winds came. As people are now rebuilding and repairing their homes, they are putting shingles on their homes. There are signs on every street in front of homes that are getting reroofed. These guys were so polite and they worked so efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint which has really nothing to do with them was the wait time. I had to wait 10 weeks and then there was a slight mess up with the permit but the roof is beautiful and is comes with a lifetime guarantee and it's anchored against hurricanes who doesn't want that in a roof?
