Our Home was severely damaged during Hurricane Ian. Getting help was a nightmare. Molly Cull contacted us regarding our damage. She has been fantastic! She worked tirelessly to get our Insurance Company to respond. She also kept us informed every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Molly and Castle! In addition to Molly, I spoke with Emily, who works in the Corporate Office. She was polite, professional, and so helpful! Finally, I spoke with Steve Jenkins, who does the scheduling for Castle. Came to door soliciting services. Told them not interested leave a pamphlet. Next thing I know they’re ON MY ROOF with ladder on the gutters. Called the company to talk to someone and they never answer their phone! Left with a damaged and bent gutter.

From start to finish Castle Roofing was very professional. A Feb 2019 storm damaged many roofs in my neighborhood. Bob came out and explained all my options and hand held the process from start to finish, including interior repair work. The crew was extremely clean and each day cleaned up the job site. I even had a chance to speak to the owner who was very nice and available to any questions I had. I would highly recommend Castle Roofing for any roofing needs including complete new roof.
