Very honest and fair. Joe will treat you like a friend and not like another customer to help you resolve the problem/issue that you have anyway he can. Honesty and fairness is not something you find very often these days in people but Joe was all that and more. He returned my calls on time, follow through and never left me hanging. I contacted Joe after seeing his favorable reviews on the web. As a potential new customer, this was my first experience with him. After discussing the problem we were having, he thought it was likely a Duke Power issue with the electric running into the house. He also politely advised how to navigate through Duke’s Customer Service, so that we had a quick response. Happily, we had the problem corrected by the Utility, with no expense to us. Clearly, Joe could have made a routine service call, delivered the same advice and billed me for this advice.
