I had a signed contract with Michael Kidder and he never showed up to start the job. His son first came to my home and gave me a quote for $11,500. I called Kidder Roofing after acquiring other roof replacement quotes. Michael Kidder came out and told me that he did not realize that I had two roofs to remove before he put on the new shingle roof. So, he upped the price by $1,000.00 which I agreed. Michael did tell me that it would not be until the first or second week of April 2018 for him to start the job. No problem, I had all the necessary paperwork completed and notarized and sent to my mortgage company. I waited and waited and did not hear from Kidder Roofing so, I called Michael Kidder. He started to give me excuses that he did not receive the signed commencement to work. No big deal, I emailed the document to him.
