Munyan Painting, Roofing, and Restoration

My husband and I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of the painters, Ana and Daniel. We had our entire interior painted, including walls, trim, doors and ceilings. We also used Munyan a couple years ago for our exterior. Both experiences and outcomes have been very positive, so we highly recommend them.

I am an owner in Hawks Point West community and our HOA hired this company to do exterior painting. Overall the work was great and understandable issues arose. This was a big job and I am satisfied with the quality of the work. However, my issues are centered around fixing a few minor issues but the project manager, Caleb, refuses to communicate with me and keeps claiming he has nothing to do with the stains. I will update my review and report back if and when the company chooses to fix my issues. Issue 1: Diluted dark brown paint left stains on my driveway during clean up of the paininting equipment. Issue 2: When a ladder was placed against my gutters to gain access to the roof a gutter guard was not used and my gutter was dented and disloged the gutter hanger. The gutter now sags and gushes from the center of the gutter now. ****update**** Munyan has accepted liability and reimbursed me for the cost of having another company fix the two mentioned issues. One of the least professional companies I have ever encountered. Rude, disrespectful, and downright nasty. Complete disregard for homeowner safety.
