I called Del-Air for an emergency service (first time I use them), since my AC died in the middle of the hot summer. Due to some company mix up in the first appointment (I was at home all day) , they took two extra days to send someone to fix the issue. Luckily, they sent JP (John Paul). Nice guy, very professional and even better at his job. He went through all the AC parts during the checkup, explaining every step, and what he expected to happen. You can tell the guy has a lot of experience. He fixed everything and gave me a good price for the work done. I'd like to mention that I made several calls to Del-Air during those days, and I didn't have to wait long before talking to someone. If it wasn't for the company mix up that delayed the repair, I would be very happy with it. JP and Patrick both came out to our house to repair our ac unit. The part necessary to our unit. General manager Brad and Supervisor Caleb became aware of our situation and stepped in and contacted the supplier who opened is door on a Sunday evening and made it possible for Patrick to immediately go pick up the part to get me cooling. Their service of all is more than greatly appreciated.
