Excellent service. Arrived and worked around my schedule. My tech, Tyler, was awesome. He was very diligent in reviewing the entire system. I was quoted several thousand by another company (including the recommendation to just get a new AC unit in the range of $13k) but Tyler took his time and diagnosed the system down to replacing just two parts.l, saving me thousands $. The AC has been running strong for over a month, even in during one of the hottest summers in Florida. Amazing professionalism and I can’t say thank you enough for the actual real service. Our antiquated A/C system reached the end of its service life this past Saturday. Del-Air's Patrick Altamirano, as sales representative and repair technician, performed the service call on Sunday. He quoted three alternative replacement systems, at three different price points, appropriately sized for the dwelling. He wrote up and transmitted the quotes to me within 15 minutes. We discussed the recommendations, equipment, and warranties. Patrick believed the installation could occur on Monday; the equipment selected was readily available at Del-Air. The entire installation happened just as promised. I commend Patrick's familiarity with a variety of systems, his focus on detail, and sense of urgency. There was no "drama," no "hard sell," no excuses. He was professional throughout, unfailingly pleasant, and delivered on his promise in a very short time frame. He gets things done; his word is good. He is exceptional, especially in today's marketplace! Kudos to Patrick and Del-Air.

We have been a Del-Air HVAC maintenance plan customer for few years. The reason we stay with this company is the senior technician, JP. He first visited us for A/C maintenance back in 2019. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Last week we requested JP coming for this year's first appointment. JP showed up today with a big smile, just like an old friend. He thoroughly inspected & cleaned our A/C. He made couple recommendations and explained the rational very well and easily understood.
