The 2 technicians were professional and friendly. Service charge was fair. However, I was told that the AC part I needed would be a few days to maybe a week. How is that even possible? Del Air doesn't keep spare parts in a warehouse? Now I'm told the installation labor will be $1,202 for 1.5 hours of work. This is a warranty issue. I have no choice but to pay the extortion fee.
AC tech Clive was very nice and professional…I was a little apprehensive at first since he was not one of my original techs. Have to give him a very positive response. Very thorough and respectful too. Can send him back anytime! Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
