Tristan is the man. I told him of a few issues we were having related to power surges and the age of our unit and he immediately knew how to help. He was honest about the health of our system unlike other techs from different companies have been. It was great to hear we're in better shape than we thought! The routine maintenance was speedy and thorough and he gave us pointers about maintain the system going forward. Will definitely use Fleming Brothers again!!

Called on Saturday because AC was not cooling. Tristan came out within 30 minutes and fixed the freon leak. I was so relieved - the heat here in Florida becomes unbearable. Professional, honest company. I highly recommend this company for AC work. Service: A/C system repair

Fleming Brothers has restored my faith in contractors! Local Cooper City family company that actually cares. My first impression was speaking with Tracy who answers the phone. Not only is she a pleasure to speak with, she is also very knowledgeable. Tracy didn't just book an appointment based on my call - she advised me what to do on my thermostat to see if I needed a call, and told me call back if her fix didn't work (said they wouldn't be able to do anything that day if my unit was iced up which it ended up being). When I called back, Tracy got me scheduled promptly. My 20 year old unit was hurting - I could have put a bandage on it, but opted to get a new unit. I was given a few options of available units and once again, they got me my new unit quickly. Dave, Joshua and team came to the house to install and were so nice and friendly, it felt like I have been doing business with them for years!
