Erica's Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Restoration

Unfortunately this is a not so good feedback. My experience with Ryan was daunting. I needed to re-route AC draining line to laundry draining line, since they're in the very same room. Simple and easy task for a professional. However, I was basically told that this was a too small job for this company, and I quote: 'I don't like this and I don't think that we should put our name on this.' Then he was on and on with solutions that included braking into my floor all the way down to my back patio or adding pipes to my attic, again, all the way down to my back patio. He also mentioned that his company price would be too expensive for me and recommended that I find a handyman to do the job for a way cheaper price. I found that quite offensive. I have to judge your company based on the interaction with the technician you sent me, so, here's your 1 star review.

I spoke with a worker named Dakota while I saw him at a gas station, he was polite and very explanative as to his knowledge of what I was explaining and the possible remedies. We was very thorough in the short conversation we had I believe I will seek a couple other opinions but just off the top of his head we was very knowledgeable as I looked up some of the things he was saying which turns to be true. Not every company will wad you in circles like a horse to water and it’s nice to know that.

Ryan is so great. Friendly and efficient. He came as a same day emergency call when our ac was out in 90 degree heat when another company couldn’t accommodate us for 4 more days. Erica’s plumbing and ac sent out Ryan for us within an hour and he got their ac back up and running quickly. He was thorough and very kind to my parents. We are so happy with this company that we took out a service plan with them as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
