Ryan is so great. Friendly and efficient. He came as a same day emergency call when our ac was out in 90 degree heat when another company couldn’t accommodate us for 4 more days. Erica’s plumbing and ac sent out Ryan for us within an hour and he got their ac back up and running quickly. He was thorough and very kind to my parents. We are so happy with this company that we took out a service plan with them as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I recently had Jesse , from Erica’s Plumbing, AC and Restoration come to my house to do my semi-annual AC “check-up”. He was on time and cleared out the drain, cleaned my coils and wiped down the handler, also added pan tables. He advised me that the filters I am using are not good filters as my AC is right next to my washer and dryer and all the lint and dust particles that fly around are getting in my AC coils and collecting dust, causing slime on my coils. He cleaned all the “slimy dust/lint collection” on my coils very well and advise me the better filters to get and suggested the website to order them from. He was so friendly and explained what he did for my AC checkup before he left. I have used Erica’s Plumbing several times & everyone in the office , and the technicians, are always so friendly and polite & I have never had a problem with the work they do.
