Lion Air Conditioning & Heating Repair

Unbelievable. I am furious. I had them come out to take a look at my broken AC, and paid them their $80 fee. My condo association required paperwork to authorize access to the roof for the repair, but the company (Lion) forgot to send them certificate of additional insurance covering my apartment. They were asked to provide it and I waited and waited. My emails went unanswered and the people on the phone would only say they'd look into it, but I'd never hear back from them. Wasted four days waiting on this company to act. Finally gave up and called another company, who sent in all their paperwork right away and got a guy out here within an hour and a half. I signed up for twice a year maintenance. I had been using another company for the past 3 years but they stopped servicing on Saturdays so I needed to find someone else. I am very happy with Lion Air Conditioning. The job they did was far more extensive and detailed than my previous maintenance. they did a Great Job! This family-owned company is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (five star) business that I highly recommend! They came out almost immediately after we contacted them on a Saturday with no extra charge! ⭐️Jerome⭐️ was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to diagnose and fix/finish the job!
