We had a complex plumbing repair that needed to be done to our cracked drain line within our master bathroom. Nick and his crew were professional, courteous, and punctual. Nick did an excellent job locating the cracked drain line on top of that locating another issue with a line that collapsed. He patiently explained everything to me and showed me proof of what was going on with the drain line camera. Nick and his crew are honest and very hardworking. I am extremely happy that I chose his company to do the job. I've dealt with other plumbing company's to try to resolve the issue, but they never seem to be upfront with me like Nick was. Nick with Unique Improvement did an excellent job of replacing our water heater. He was able to get our replacement unit even though it was out of stock at supply houses and the big box stores.
