A Customer First AC

Customer First AC Co. (CF AC) sent a Technician on Fri 3/25/22 to unclog the drain line which was full of water. The technician did not come equipped with a snake to unclog the drain line and only had a small Vaccuum. He tried to unclog using the Vaccuum & pouring a chemical down the drain hose. His work was superficial and he did not have the necessary equipment to completely unclog the drain line. I spoke to Nick - Owner @ Customer First AC Co. on Wed evening (3/30) to ask for more details RE. their work. Nick said that their technician could not unclog the drain because the main vertical drain line was clogged.  Nick also said their company does not unclog the main drain lines and could not refer anyone who performs this service. I called another technician who proved that Nick’s diagnosis @ CF AC was incorrect. Only the D107 drain line was clogged at the T junction with the main vertical drain line.
