After Rocky’s Roofing repaired leaks for me in 2017, complete with repairs from my barrel tiles and down to my attic, I knew I could depend on them for any roof repairs i would need in the future. After meeting Shannon, the owner face to face I knew they were dependable, reasonable, and professional. My instincts were right. They repaired all the tiles and damaged wood in attic and even took pictures of the repairs for me. Now 4.5 years later Rocky’s came to my rescue again, and urgently when I had received a notice that my insurance will be cancelled with a 3 week notice if some cracked tiles were not repaired. We were under the gun and called Rocky’s. They were out here to the house in 2 days with the correct tiles, camera and all to fix and take pics of the repairs that I needed to show my insurance company. Purchased a house in need of a roof replacement. Rocky's came out quicky to do an estimate and walk us through the installation process. With tile selection, Kenda let us know which tiles had shorter and longer lead times which was very helpful. Kenda and Taylor were awesome. They proactively contacted us, kept us well informed, and answered every question we had. The roof looks beautiful and the installation was very professional. They don't replace the rain gutters, but referred us to a company that also did a great job. June 8, 2023 update: We had a bunch of coconuts fall on the roof and cracked two of the tiles. Called Rocky’s and they came out and fixed right away. Thank you Tea and Rocky’s.
