Unprofessional and manipulative. Do not EVER purchase from here unless you are absolutely 100% certain that it is correct. Even if the part you are buying was exactly what their sales team directed you to purchase, ensure elsewhere completely that they were telling the truth. I Tried to purchase an AC and Furnace Unit. Spoke with their sales team over the phone and was completely misguided and received the incorrect unit set up. Their way of mending this was to make me pay over $200 out of pocket for return shipping. I tried giving a second chance and attempted to order the correct unit, I was then prompted to pay a surprise fee of another $200 which was not relayed to me on my first order. Which either means that they were going to charge me $200 earlier without formal prior consent or that they were retaliating for being called out on having messed up my first order, even though they did not own up to their mistakes. Ordered a split system. Product is good quality new not new old stock. I will say getting the tracking info is difficult since they don’t tell you what number to enter on the shippers site. Once that was figured out I contacted the shipper for drop off. Driver was friendly and took care during delivery the company was Estes never heard of them but I have no complaints. Had my units installed the installer found the heat pump had leaked with a puddle of oil sitting in the pan. Called Budget explained what happened and they promptly shipped another unit. Swapped units and it’s been running great since been a year now with no complaints. I asked my installer about warranty and they told me I’d have to pay for labor but parts are covered through the manufacture as long as it’s registered which I did. Mr. Todd is ???? AC man, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He helped me to intall AC compressor motor wiring today 7/2023. The fan worked in order and we have cool air now. Highly recommended.
