It’s been a couple of years since my purchase from them. I called late in the day and got the owner on the phone. He was extremely helpful and totally professional. I received my unit in just a few days. Pricing was very competitive, but the help and advice on the phone during my purchase decision was tops. My next replacement will be from them.
Ordered a new heat pump package unit to be delivered to my home. Placed order and received my order confirmation. Received an email when the order was being filled. Received another email with the packing slip. Received a call saying when it will be delivered. Fantastic service. Never a moment when I didn’t know at what point my order as at. Has to be the best online purchase I have ever made. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
Mr. Todd is ???? AC man, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He helped me to intall AC compressor motor wiring today 7/2023. The fan worked in order and we have cool air now. Highly recommended.
