Del-Air Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

Initial call consisted of the tech getting to my home extremely late. Next thing he was requesting payment before doing any sort of work. I lease my home, so the management paid them. Tech said he did not have the parts on hand, and we would have to wait for the next day. So the next day comes, and nothing. The customer service was giving the management the runaround for hours. Day 3, different tech came in, his demeanor was much better and he was quick to replace the part and figure out what was wrong on the unit. The 3rd tech that was there was the ONLY good thing about this experience.

Excellent from the staff in the dispatch to the guys in the field, that came to the house to do the actual professional work. They have nice uniforms, they were well spoken. It was more like hanging out than having somebody come to work for you. 10 for 10 would use them again Del-Air heating again. I'll also a nosey busybody and they definitely imparted some knowledge to me thanks again! Del - Air was quick to send someone out to assist me. I called around 2:15p to make an appointment and someone was out to me by 4:30. Todd did an amazing job making sure my A/C was back up and running. He took his time and explained to me what happened which caused it to stop running. If that’s not exceptional service. Thank you!
