Del - Air was quick to send someone out to assist me. I called around 2:15p to make an appointment and someone was out to me by 4:30. Todd did an amazing job making sure my A/C was back up and running. He took his time and explained to me what happened which caused it to stop running. If that’s not exceptional service. Thank you! Angel Delacruz was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I needed a new motor but he was able to get the air running on a temporary basis until a new motor can be installed in the morning. very efficient and personable. highly recommend Service: HVAC system repair

I paid a tech to come out and diagnose my AC issue. The tech came out and said the compressor was bad and someone THAT day would call back with pricing. No one called. I called the next day, talked to the customer service operator, and was assured they will call back that day with pricing. This has gone on for 6 days now. Today I was told the parts department is busy and will call me back some time time in the future, but with no idea of when. Their quote "Could be a day or two weeks from now." If I was initially told that there was a 3 week lead time JUST to get a quote, I would have gone to another company. If they are that busy, they should be honest about it upfront. Instead they tease you each day that someone will call with pricing and they don't call. Do not engage with Dell Air. Go to another company that will be upfront with you about what they can/will do. If Del can't deliver a simple quote, what do you think the rest of the service will be like?
