The workers I had come to my house were GREAT! I had a few problems but these workers really knew what they were doing. I will need them again to snake out my sewer pipe but for now I would love to thank Leo and Jeff . I have used this Company in the past they were always great and great price too

This is a poorly run company that puts customer service in last place. I used them twice (to install a tankless hot water heater and subsequently clean it) and they were fine but nothing special. On my third appt., they tried to say that the same service I had prior had gone up from $150 (from my last appt) to $250 today. The materials to clean this product include vinegar and reusable hoses, a reusable pump and a reusable 5 gallon bucket. Squeezing the customer during Covid is disgusting. Not cool Chuckie!!! I was referred to this company by AO Smith. The first time I called I was told that they were short staffed due to COVID (understandable) and that they would respond by the end of the week. I waited 2 weeks to call back and the next time I was again told I would get a call back. Needless to say this never happened. I would be very cautious to do business with a company that shows such poor customer service before they have earned your business, I can't imagine what the responsiveness will be once they have your money.
